Incoming article date: 15.01.2015The paper presents an analysis of the relationship of cognitive and affective components of deprivation installations. The research is based on empirical data from survey conducted in early 2015 in Karachay State University. Revealed the limitations of the measurement of relative deprivation accepted by direct questioning. It is shown that the developed method for measuring the earlier emotional perception of social processes and phenomena completely solves this problem.
