Abstract
Industrial technologies as a basis of political configuration of workforce reproduction management
In an industrial society technologies are implemented through the work of employees. They act as carriers of the commodity in form of workforce and voluntarily enter into a relationship with employers, exchanging products of technology implementation for wages. The basis of such market relations form is compliance of creation and reproduction of workforce with the technology of its implementation. Such proportionality is ensured by commodity feature of workforce, having in mind that compensation corresponds to the efforts. Level of life which is commensurate to the technology is regulated by the configuration of civil relations. Savings in wages leads to workforce degradation, as well as the development of black markets of its reproduction and corruption. Such configuration of workforce brings it beyond the limits of civil relations; this configuration is also reinforced by government policy, which neutralizes the protest stance of workforce carriers.
