  • Electronics module for avalanche photodiode signal readout

    Circuit features of the electronics module for avalanche photodiode signal read-out, created on a basis of the specialized analog IC, are considered. Measurement re-sults of characteristics and noise depending on signal source capacity are given.

  • System ammonium purpurate - ammonium nitrate

    The results of differential thermal analysis of ammonium purpurate-ammonium nitrate system have been presented. The samples have been obtained of melt method. At the contents of ammonium purpurate more than 1 % in samples turn up replacement sequence of ammonium nitrate polymorphic transitions has been established.

  • Construction of a model of equiresistant multispan beams

    Method of successive approximations was used to solve the problem of optimization of multispan continuous beam. Cross section of a beam was a welded I-beam.  By the variation of the width of the shelf we ensured that the maximum equivalent stress for energy theory of strength in each section is the same throughout. The solution is made numerically using complex MatLab. Bearing capacity of beams with variable stiffness along the length increased in 2 times in comparison with the beam with constant stiffness and the same mass. The proposed method can be applied to frames, taking into account the contribution of longitudinal forces in the equal stresses. Another effective way to change stiffness is to change the height of the wall of I-beam. In practice curvilinear shape of beams or shelves are not used because of complexity of manufacturing. They are replaced by the discrete form of cross section.

  • A New Hybrid Table/Analytical Approach to MOSFET Modeling for Cryogenic Technologies

    In this paper, a new simple and accurate hybrid table/analytical model of the MOSFET drain current based on the interpolation of table parameters is proposed. This new hybrid table model has an accuracy similar to the pure table models but requires no complex parameter extraction. The drain current in the hybrid model is calculated as the product of the analytical model current and the correction factor approximated by two-dimensional series.

  • Analysis of time series with cig fractal processing

    Briefly discussed the theoretical model of the spectrum of RR intervals and its changes depending on the processes taking place. Made a device for measuring cardiointervalogramms (CIG). Obtained from the renting of data, of varying duration and frequency shall be recorded for further processing. The analysis revealed that the resulting spectrum satisfies the conditions considered in the theoretical model, and can be further analyzed with fractal characteristics. Such an analysis is of great importance in the diagnosis of the patient directly to the duration of the therapeutic procedure for the optimization of both time and intensity exerted influence.

  • Mobile complex for comfortable control of condition of seriously ill bedridden patients

    In the article is examined a hardware program complex on the basis of original sensors of power. This complex makes possible to register breath, pulse and locomotor activity of seriously ill bedridden patients and patients in coma without direct skin contact of sensors and patient for comfortable monitoring. The results of engineering tests are given. The exceptional indicator of system is a load capacity equal to or more than 500kg under the minimum grade value 10 gr. for every sensor. In the paper is demonstrated an availability of this complex for clinical medicine, computer stabilography, polysomnography and top level sport. In conclusion are pointed goals for further development of this complex.

  • Principles of system modelling of functional systems of activation of reserve possibilities of the person

    In article the new model of interaction of functional systems of various hierarchical levels is offered: from unicell level, to level over social objects. Feature of model is introduction in its structure: perception filters, the accounting of a strong-willed component, convenience of its application not only in the field of physiology, but also in sociology, psychology, value logy and other sciences describing behavior of reasonable objects. The analysis of signals carrying out exchange of information between functional systems of different level of hierarchy is carried out. The offered model allows explaining and predicting many psycho physiological patterns accompanying conditions of expanded consciousness, and arising at activation of reserve possibilities of the person.

  • Geo-ecological consequences of drawdown- suffusion processes

    The research of the proluvial and eluvial-diluvial loess-like loams with wide distribution in the Kuban plain was conducted. In this work the properties of the collapsible loess soils, which developed the processes that lead deformation of the engineering structures, violation of planning fields, to their water logging, etc, was considered. The analysis of subsidence processes, their origins and causes activation is provided. The link between subsidence and suffusion processes was conditioned. It is proved that the subsidence processes significantly affect the safety and population’s comfort living. The issues about the regime observations of these processes are raised.

  • High-frequency active filter units mixed SoC based on a current amplifier

    The paper shows the feasibility of using a current amplifier in the filters RF and microwave ranges.   • Own compensation of noise of voltage reference in continuous compensatory stabilizers

      This paper presents a method of constructing microwave selective amplifiers, which allows control Q and voltage gain at the frequency of quasi-resonance. The presented architecture selective amplifiers for SiGe process technology have low power consumption.

  • Nested metagraphs as models of complex objects

    "The concept of the nested metagraph as the model of a complex object with different levels of generalization is introduced. It is shown that the nested metagraphs reflect the general system concept for description of complex objects with synergistic effect. This approach enables moving from the set-theoretic description of complex objects to their algebraic-theoretic description, thus increasing the model adequacy to real-life objects. The application of the nested metagraphs, in particular to business-intelligence and semantic search is considered. "

  • Research the relationship between technological possibility forest machines with the parameters of forest environment

      To estimate the effectiveness of forest machines developed technological possibility coefficient. Coefficients reflect the ability to provide a given performance of transport vehicles in the logging, the decline in the quality of the skid road surface. Method allows determining the amount of logging residues, necessary for the skid road construction. At calculating the available volume accounted for logging residues. Resources of logging residues are calculated depending on the type of timber and the length of skid road. The method allows selecting the optimum system of machines to work in these natural production conditions or schedule performance loss due to reduced carrying capacity of skid road.
