  • Two-dimensional trigonal chiral and hexagonal quasilattice

    The construction of a two-dimensional tiling by a specific projection of three-dimensional cubic lattice is considered. Different a periodic tiling’s, consisting of equal rhombi, are obtained by different choice of the projection region. They are ordinary a periodic tiling, having local elements of symmetry group С6v and chiral trigonal stacking, built like chiral pentagonal Penrose’s quasilattice [1], which occurs in virus cap sides.

  • Developing an algorithm of fuzzy adaptive management project metadata

    Based machine adaptation developed an algorithm that adaptively adjust the parameters of the membership function of design data. Adjustment parameters of the membership function is proposed based on the analysis of the reaction of the designer on the query results. This approach allows you to adjust power supplies design solutions to the corresponding values ​​of logical variables based on subjective opinions of experts consecutive.   • Study of the dynamics of washing machines in the spin cycle

    The questions devoted to the study of influence of mass textile articles vibroaktivnosti drum type washing machine with a horizontal axis of rotation at a centrifugal spinning. Feature of research is accounting change in mass production during the spin cycle when calculating the amplitude of transverse vibrations, including during acceleration and passing the resonance zone. The object of investigation used a modern model of household washing machine. Initial operating parameters were varied, based on the actual values ​​for the machines of this type. In a paper on the study the graphs, the analysis of the data obtained. The results can be used to study the dynamics of washing machines to improve their vibration isolation systems.

  • Mathematical model of a personnel pyramid of a bandit underground in the North Caucasus

    The mathematical model formalizes the solution of a problem of optimum control and it is meaningful to minimization of number of regional extremist system (bandit underground) taking into account relative importance of parts making it at the restrictions caused by "will" of the state to fight against extremism and objective dynamics of number of groups of extremists, an ethnosociocultural protestnost defined by factors (protest potential of society). The task was solved by means of imitating modeling on a method of scenarios.

  • Scenary modeling of combating extremism in the North Caucasus

    The mathematical model formalizes the solution of a problem of optimum control and  the minimization of regional extremist system’s number (bandit underground) is meaningful taking into account the relative importance of its parts with the restrictions caused by "will" of the state to fight against extremism and the objective dynamics of the extremist groups number, defined by the ethno-and-sociocultural protest potential factors. The problem was solved by means of imitating modeling basing on scenarios method. The results of scenery modeling of republican bandit underground dynamics are obtained depending on different variants of the power influence, in conjunction with different options of republican community development. The results of modeling calculations on fixing of a range of scenarios of quantitative dynamics of separate groups layers of a republican bandit underground are given. The identification of modeling parameters according to scenarios is executed and interpretation of the received results and practical recommendations on optimization of combating regional terrorist underground is presented.

  • About Forming of Loading Mechanisms for Mechatronic Systems with Closed-Loop Kinematic Contour

        The structural model of functional mechanisms with stressed closed-loop contour which is used in the mechatronic systems is offered in this article. The problems of loading mechanisms forming are analyzed here. The work of self-regulating loading device is considered on the example of cutting mechanisms. The results of experimental investigations are represented.

  • Method of temperature detection in a custom building’s location in case of incomplete sensor network coverage

    This article gives a survey of the issue of the thermal dynamics identification of the sensor network based systems, such as buildings. Given problems: weaknesses of the modern sensor network based intelligence systems, that mostly limits their potential and increasing calculation costs are overviewed. Article describes a novel approach for intelligence control systems design based on sensor networks, using methods of fuzzy modeling. The key future of the given approach is in saving of high efficiency characteristics of modeling in case of sensor network nodes amount decreasing.  As an example of the approach usage there are presented results of experimental test space thermal dynamics simulation model analyzing. The advantages of the developed solution to other existing commercial solutions are shown. The methodology was tested and its efficiency is shown.

  • Study of the growth of ZnO nanorods carbothermal synthesis method for thin film sublayers ZnO: Ga

    Carbothermal synthesis method on substrates of a-Al2O3 thin film with sublayers ZnO: Ga, using copper as a catalyst for the arrays obtained by varying the zinc oxide rod morphology. It was established that growth of the rods occurs direction perpendicular to the substrate using a thin (~ 1 nm) layers of the catalyst. With increasing thickness of the catalyst layer to 3 nm rods growth occurs at an angle to the surface of the rod with a mutual orientation in the plane of the substrate surface at angles that are multiples of 60 °. Also, the selectivity demonstrated growth ZnO rods arrays on portions of the substrate coated with the catalyst.

  • Selective growth of ZnO nanorods arrays by hydrothermal method on silicon

    In the present work we have carried out studies of the processes of growth of zinc oxide nanorods by hydrothermal method on silicon substrates. As sublayer catalyst used growth caused by laser deposition of zinc oxide, various thicknesses. Studied selective growth of nanorods on the microstructure of thin-film sub-layers of zinc oxide obtained by laser deposition. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of: the concentration of Zn (NO3) 2 - 0.4 mol / l, hexamethylenetetramine - 0.4 mol / l, the concentration of NH3 · H2O - 0,01 mol / L -0.01, process time 4:00, the process temperature is 80 ° C. Sublayer thickness of zinc oxide, as shown by experiment, the growth of the rods has no noticeable effect. Oriented arrays of nanorods were obtained up to 500 nm and a diameter of 60-150 nm.

  • Comparison of the shift parameter sets the initial distribution and the resulting computational experiment for reliability indices details

    In this paper, a comparative analysis of the shift parameter distribution initial set of calculated analytical method and simulated, obtained by computer simulation using sample data. Error δi shifts between the parameters listed in the table and plotted errors on the scope and volume of the aggregate.
    Thus, increasing the volume of the aggregate error is reduced from 30% to 1% at a constant volume sample m = 50.

  • The level of perception the political order by the population of Rostov-on-Don in December 2011

    The paper presents the results of the pilot study of perception of the political order of Rostov-on-Don on the end of 2011. The questioning method was used. In total 499 respondents were interviewed, and captured the age group from 18 years to 65 years. The purpose of questioning - the definition of the emotional component of the group political installation on the classical method of semantic differential Charles Osgood. A comparative analysis was carried out of the averaged semantic level of emotional portraits and making real political order. It is revealed the existing political order in Russia in general and the city of Rostov-on-Don, respondents were almost equally perceived negatively. It is shown the generalized probability perception of an order in Rostov-on-Don and in Russia will change at change of external conditions: at improvement of a situation will slowly increase, at situation deterioration the probability acceptance of an order will quicker decrease, up to zero and negative value.
