  • On the synthesis of nanocomposite FeNi3/C under IR heating and its application to high-density magnetic recording

    The synthesis of nanocomposite FeNi3/C based on the PAN, FeCl3 · 6H2O and NiCl2 · 6H2O, whereby the first time by the IR heating at 400 ÷ 700 ° C obtained nanocomposite FeNi3/C FeNi3 particle size of 10 to 80 nm are uniformly distributed UM. Using thermodynamic calculations based on the minimization of the Gibbs energy, confirmed the synthesis of nanocomposite FeNi3/C at T=400 ° C reduction of Fe and Ni with H2, produced during the process of carbonization of polyacrylonitrile with infrared heating. Designed as a nano material of the films can be effectively used as a carrier material for a magnetic information recording superdense. Recording density is achieved in such a carrier (85-100) Gb/dyuym2. ​

  • A train set forming for using artificial neural networks to database errors search

    It describes a method of train set forming for using artificial neural networks to search inauthentic rows  in databases tables. An existing methods of the reliability ensure involve the use of integrity constraints and provides a truthfulness, but there is still a possibility of entering of inauthentic data, appropriate to all constraints. A more accurate assessment of reliability is possible with the use of artificial neural networks that require a training set. The main requirement for the training set - representation includes sufficiency, diversity and evenness. The approaches to each of these requirements are describes. Also calculations a sufficient number of rows for training neural networks of various types is given, as well as the results of experiments that confirm correctness of the theoretical calculations.

  • Diagnosis of a piezoceramic element based on the active component of conductivity

    An estimate of the frequency discretization interval was obtained in solving diagnostic problems of a piezoceramic element by means of different methods based on measuring the active component of conductivity in a number of discrete points. This allows avoiding precision loss and, at the same time, reducing the number of measurements and computational operations.

  • Comparative analysis of porous piezoceramics modelling by effective moduli and finite element methods with experimental data

    The results of computational experiments to determine the characteristics of the porous piezoelectric ceramics based on the methodology, including the effective modules method, simulations of representative volumes on a simple random method and the method of Witten-Sander, finite element method to solve static piezoelectric problems for heterogeneous composite media and the accounting of inhomogeneous polarization near the pores are presented. A comparison of the results of computer simulation with the known experimental data for the porous material PZT-4 and its analogs is realized. It is concluded that the accounting of inhomogeneous polarization in the vicinity of porous provide the better agreement between numerical results and large number of known experimental data. Thus, for most effective constants the smallest errors are obtained for a representative volume of the porous piezoelectric material, constructed by Witten-Sander method.

  • Kinetics of sylvinite ore desliming under ultrasonic treatment

    Operation of sylvinite ore desliming is an important step of potassium chloride production by floatation method. It is known that ultrasonic treatment is applied to increase the efficiency of insoluble rest separating from an ore. The purpose was to establish kinetic regularities of the insoluble rest removal from sylvinite ore crystals of the same particle size distribution. Investigations were carried out with mechanical stirring and sonication of varying intensity. It is established that process of sylvinite ore desliming occurs in the diffusion mode. Application of ultrasonic treatment allows to intensify process in 2-4 times as compared with mechanical desliming. Influence of sylvinite ore treatment parameters to chemical composition changing of the insoluble rest is defined. It is shown that sonication for 90 seconds leads to removing carbonates from ore crystals withal concentrating of the iron compounds.

  • Algorithm and results of the numerical estimation of the effective mechanical properties of double-layer rubber-cord composite

    "The mechanical properties of the rubber-cord composite in strengh analysis are described. There is an algorithm of the numerical estimation of the effective (average) properties of the rubber-cord. The effective properties are defined by the successive application of different deformations to the representative volume of the rubber-cord composite (tensions along each coordinate axis and shifts in each cooridinate planes). The effective properties are defined in form of the generalized Hooke's law (for anisotropic materials). A serias of computations in estimatition of the effective properties of double-layer rubber-cord composite was carried out based on the proposed algorithm. The dependence of the effective elastic modules of rubber-cord on the angle of cord was explored. The according graphs are represented in the article."

  • Change EFP materials PZT system by combining

    Piezoelectric ceramics on the basis of the phase of (1-x) PbTiO3-xPbZrO3 is the basis of most high-performance piezoelectric materials. Electrophysical and mechanical properties of these materials can vary widely in different ways. Traditional methods include changes in composition within the morphotropic region and doping. Now is the study of the influence of topical makrolegirovaniya the material properties of the PZT system. As a model system was selected phase of the PZT system, the compositions of which MO belong, one of which contains a dopant in the sublattice (A) and another - in the sublattice dopants (B). The studies established that one of the effective ways of varying the parameters piezomaterials may be the formation of solid solutions on the basis of two or more piezoelectric phases having different combinations of electrical parameters

  • Economic mechanism of adaptation

    Problems of theoretical issues of adaptation economic mechanism forming are considered. The theoretical justification for the functioning of the economic mechanism of adaptation through the use of the basic principles of adaptation and adaptive enterprise, the conceptual foundations of adaptive accounting and control systems functioning, engineering methodologies of adaptive accounting and adaptive engineering tools is held. Using the principles of adaptation is considered from the point of view of the organization and methodology of adaptive accounting. We consider the nature, value and feasibility of a systematic, comprehensive and situational approaches to adaptive accounting, information-dimensional approach to accounting. The engineering methodology maintenance of the adaptive accounting on the basis of the evolutionary-adaptive balance theory positions is shown. Attention is also given to the substantiation of the structured plans of accounts adaptive evolution using possibilities. The basic idea of adaptive engineering tools using is to ensure the integration capabilities of adaptive accounting system based on their integration into the structure of the plan of accounts. The structural elements of the economic mechanism of adaptive change management based on an alternative choice and a multiplicity of solutions are identified. Attention is given to the interpretation and implementation of the adaptive accounting results.
