  • Problems associated with the lack of construction control when undergoing technical supervision. Lack of legislative basis and possible solutions of the situation

This work considers the controversial situations in the field of construction control, technical supervision and оbtaining a commissioning permit. The problematic situation, in which there was no (partially or completely) construction control at the construction stage, is considered. The difficulties of obtaining a Conclusion on Compliance in a similar situation and appealing the decision of the technical supervision authorities in court are picked out. Poor elaboration of mechanisms for obtaining a Conclusion on Compliance in the absence of construction control is noted. The shortcomings of the existing document and the lack of a prescribed legal status of the construction and technical expertise are highlighted. The ways of solving the existing problem at the legislative level are offered. Amending the existing legislative framework, reforms of existing or creating new mechanisms for resolving problematic situations in the absence of construction control are suggested as the main solutions.

  • Analysis of the scope of project management of construction activities

The article presents an analysis of project management in terms of the construction industry. The specific features of the management of production activities of construction enterprises have been studied and the effectiveness of this management has been determined. The main problems in the field of project management of construction activities are identified, the main of which is the absence in Russian legislation of a single normative act regulating the development and implementation of a project only in the construction sector. The project management methodology was also considered, using the example of the American methods PMBOK and PRINCE2. The authors analyzed the statistical data of domestic companies involved in the development and management of projects in various industries. The results of the study showed that Russian construction companies are not actively involved in project management compared to organizations in other areas of activity.

  • Causes and features of the occurrence of hydraulic shock in the pressure pipelines of sewage pumping stations

The article deals with the features of the occurrence of hydraulic shocks in urban drainage systems. It is noted that when starting up pumping units, a hydraulic shock can occur if the operational personnel do not comply with the maintenance regulations. Significantly more likely to cause hydraulic shocks when the pump units or the unit suddenly stops. In addition, in long water pipes with a complex profile, there is a high probability of a high vacuum and, accordingly, the occurrence of breaks in the continuous flow of waste liquid. The probability of a hydraulic shock is affected by the method of starting the pumping units. Measures to prevent the occurrence of hydraulic shocks are considered: improving the reliability of external power supply; the use of a combined power supply scheme; the use of check valves with smooth closing and other methods.

In this work, attention is paid to an analytical review of methods for assessing the reliability of measured parameters, their advantages and disadvantages. In the process of analyzing statistical information, the types of inaccuracies that arise and the reasons for their appearance have been established. Methods of dealing with unreliability are given using: the method of level processing, a method for assessing the rate of change of a signal, digital filtering. The solution of the problem of detecting implicit unreliability using the support vector machine is shown.

  • Improvement of engineering and environmental surveys in the survey of radon pollution

The article is devoted to improving the processing of radon flux density measurement data using mathematical processing. The article considers the influence of construction works on the radon flux density (RDP) indicators. for the purpose of the study, real measurements were taken at a mining and processing plant in the volgograd region. The article presents the construction of histograms and frequency polygons for measurements performed at different stages, as well as graphs of the empirical distribution function of a random variable. They clearly showed the impact of construction, the hypothesis of the influence of clay soils on the radon output from the soil was confirmed, namely, it was proved that the permeability of the near-surface layer of soil is one of the key factors determining the spatial PPR within homogeneous areas, that is, the permeability of near-surface deposits is one of the leading factors determining the distribution of PPR. analysis of the obtained results allows us to conclude that there is a correlation between the calculated data obtained and the data obtained at the measurement input, i.e. relationship of two or more random variables.

  • Realize construction and technical expertise of pools

The water recreation industry is actively developing. An individual pool at home is also not uncommon for a long time, because everyone wants to live in comfortable conditions. Modern country houses place the pool on the ground floor of the premises on the plot next to the house. Despite the financial costs and time for maintenance, the health benefits of the pool, as well as the variety of leisure activities through taking water procedures or playing with children, are a very powerful argument in order to arrange a pool at home. The number of pools is increasing and the number of pools built with defects is also increasing. it may be because use low-quality construction materials and reduce their volumes, perform work by unskilled employees, violate the requirements of construction documents of the project. therefore it is necessary to carry out construction and technical examination.

  • Integrated usage of a linear regression model and a neural network in the problem of predicting the trend of Bitcoin cryptocurrency quotes

The paper presents an integrated approach using machine learning methods for choosing a trading strategy on the currency exchange. The presented approach uses the calculation of the linear regression angle coefficient by log return indicators and determination of the BTC/USD currency pair quotes trend in the next period based on the calculated coefficient sign. The feedforward multilayer neural network is used to predict the angle coefficient value in the next ten minute period for the current twenty minute period. • Development of a competitive transport services market

This article analyzes the development of competition in the transport services market. The development of a competitive transport services market requires creating conditions for exceeding the level of supply of high-quality transport services over demand, as well as ensuring publicity and information openness of the market in terms of prices and quality of services. This will allow consumers to freely choose transport services, make the "price-quality" mechanism work, and make price and quality the subject of competition. Transport communications unite all territorial entities in the region, which is a necessary condition for the unity of its economic space.
