    Method of laser diagnostics of dynamic forms of hydraulic generator rotor is proposed. Measurement of shaft runout to determine the trajectory of the axis of rotation of the shaft.   • The work culture of the person as a component of culture of safety

    Problems of culture of work, as a necessary element of forming a culture of safety, one of intensively developing directions of modern educational theory and practice. The work culture is seen as a complex subsystem of General culture of a person. The aim of the research is the analysis of the structure of forming a culture of safety. As the method is used theoretical analysis. There were two main blocks - obserwowac culture and professional culture of the engineer. Obserwowa culture develops ideas about the kinds of work and working methods, positive work attitudes, personal readiness to mastering the skills of General and professional. In the professional culture of the engineer were divided into three components: information, organizational and innovation. The availability of information culture of a specialist implies the possession of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities. As part of the organizational component of professional culture tanned such components as the workplace organization, creation of safe and harmless working conditions. Innovative component provides support and development of creative potential of personality.   • Improving the efficiency of a snowplow blade for snow removal for road barriers

    analysis of the conditions of movement of vehicles on the roads has shown that special difficulties arise in the winter. This is due to the quality of the work of snowplows. One problem is the snow removal for road barriers. In line with this, and considered the possibility of the need to improve, creating a Russian-made snow plows. Based on the analysis of schemes snow removal from roads, structures working bodies with piles of snow plows, proposed a new design that allows for snow removal for road barriers, as well as the proposed use of a working body under a snowplow clearing patrol roads. At the expense of achieving the universality of cars increased their rate of use and, therefore, the payback period. The effectiveness of implementation of the new structure of the working body of the snowplow is achieved by reducing the amount of used equipment and passes undertaken during snow removal

  • A random walk on a graph-lattice and combinatorial identities

    Graf-lattice has vertices at points with non-negative integer coordinates. From each vertex has two arcs: horizontal and vertical neighboring vertices (right and top).   • The development of railway infrastructure of the Southern region as a means of increasing transportation process efficiency

  • Improving the technology of municipal wastewater treatment with the use of the sorbent on the basis of surplus sludge

    In the framework of the given article shall be considered a negative impact on microorganisms of ions of zinc, copper and Nickel concentrations in the incoming wastewater to the wastewater treatment facilities of the cities of the Lower Volga region is unacceptably high, which inevitably reduces the quality of the purified water at the indicated metals exceeding the output after biological treatment is more than 30 times). Further, in the proposed article, we describe the results of studies aimed at disposal and treatment of waste activated sludge. The first attempt to use the resulting after biological purification of waste as a secondary raw material for the adsorption material, which retrieves the designated heavy metal ions from wastewaters prior to biological treatment, which allows further the activated sludge fully interact with other ions without losing their functions. As a result, after the biological cycle treated water at the indicated metals, meets the relevant standards.

  • "Resource-saving in technology of sodium hypochlorite - a disinfectant of drinking water"

    The calculation of technological and economic losses caused by emission of electrolysis hydrogen in the atmosphere is made. The flow of oxygen and air during the combustion gases and the amount of simple combustion is calculated. The ways of economically viable utilization of associated hydrogen would increase the level of environmental safety of the process are revealed. We consider the use of hydrogen produced during electrolysis of sodium hypochlorite solution to produce hot water for the needs of the enterprise. Proposes the use of snow in the territory of the water supply enterprise as a backup element for the implementation of resource-saving technologies for potable water.

  • The algorithm of selection process of measuring instruments for conducting instrumental control of harmful productions factors

    А key element in the system of public administration by labor protection is receiving reliable information about a condition of working conditions depending on levels of influence of harmful and dangerous production factors. Instrumentional monitoring of workings conditions on workplaces is carry on production control of harmful production factors and procedure of a special assessment of working conditions by test laboratories. Thus one of the tasks demanding the decision is development of algorithm of process of a choice of the measuring instruments satisfying areas of accreditation of test laboratory and to the state requirements to performance of these works. For the solution of an objective the author offers a technique of an optimum choice of the instrument equipment which basis the method of expert evaluations (rank correlation). According to basic provisions of a technique in scientific work the algorithm of process of a choice of measuring instruments for carry on of instrumental control of harmful production factors is presented. Criteria of a choice of devices are considered. The mathematical model of process of a choice of measuring equipment including ranging of criteria of a choice of devices is described. According to results of ranging the leading, essential and less significant criteria of a choice for the instrument group participating in experiment are defined. In view of the leading and essential parameters of a choice of the equipment, the complete set of test laboratory by the necessary instrument equipment, according to area of analytical tasks and conditions of measurement install.

  • Development of the method of planning the path of the mobile autonomous robot in a three dimensional environment based on fuzzy logic

    The purpose and objectives of this work is to develop methods of planning the path of the mobile autonomous robots operating in environments with unknown location of obstacles. The result of the article is vague planner travel path of autonomous mobile robots for three-dimensional space (3D environments). The results differ from known analogues structure proposed planner, consisting of two interconnected parts, designed for use in horizontal and vertical planes, context-sensitive coordination method "simple" behavior of the mobile robot, a set of rules governing the method of prevention "jam" in the obstacles.

  • The computational model resiliently deformable radial bearing of finite length, running on a stratified lubricant

    The paper presents a method for forming exact self-similar solution of the problem of calculating the compliant hydrodynamic journal bearing of finite length, running on layered lubricant in the axial lubrication. On the basis of the equations of motion of a viscous incompressible fluid, continuity equation and Lame equations for the case of a "thin layer" found the velocity and pressure, analytical expressions for the components of the supporting forces, the forces of friction and resistance forces axial movement of the lubricant. The analytical expressions for the value of the lubricant in the axial direction. The estimation of the parameters characterizing the ratio of the viscous layer adapted profile and the deformation of the elastic layer on the basic performance of the bearing. Established the most rational of the bearing capacity, the force of friction and lubricant consumption values ​​of these parameters.

    In the article the modern technological methods to improve the strength of crankshafts. Proposed experimental scheme of strengthening and stabilizing vibromashining of machine crankshafts. It has been established experimentally that the vibration impact processing is achieved by uniform hardening of the surface layer of all elements of the details, finish and rounding of sharp edges, smooth transitions, the exclusion of non-rigid shafts with leashes in the electoral obkatyvaniem of radius machining of large parts.
