  • Dependence of the current measurement step at adaptive time sampling in case of signal restoration with extrapolation polynom of first degree

    Efficiency of algorithms of adaptive time sampling (ATS) is defined by signal compressibility. For a theoretical assessment compressibility of measuring signals dependence of the current step of measurement at ATS from dynamic properties of a signal is considered. Restoration of a signal in the course of ATS is made by an extrapolation polynom of Taylor of the first degree. Quality of approximation is established by criterion of uniform approach. For structural model of a signal the functional dependence of the current step of measurement on structural properties of a signal allowing determining on its basis the average duration of a step of measurement at ATS for expanded area of an admissible error of reproduction is received. The results received in the environment of Mathcad, illustrating restoration of a signal a polynom of the first degree, the discrete phase schedule and the current step of measurement corresponding to him on the phase plane are given as an example.

  • " Representation of graph data models in the form of n-ary trees"

    This article introduces a new way of representing arbitrary graph data models in the form of n-ary trees in external memory, which ensure the execution of operations for placing, retrieving and searching data elements for logarithmic time. This approach allows for the shortest possible time to find not only properties and relationships related to objects, but also objects themselves, based on the values ​​of their properties, while providing a linear increase in the complexity from memory.

  • Agent reconfigurable fuzzy heterogeneous in space solutions

    The aim of this work is to develop a model of the agent changing its own structure, and movable in the fuzzy heterogeneous search space. The need of creating these search tools solutions is caused not only by lack of data on the solved optimization tasks, but also complex computational structures used in modern information systems. The agent is represented as a point in a fuzzy heterogeneous search space, the scale of each axis of the space built on the basis of the corresponding fuzzy sets. The movement of the agent along each axis is based on the permissible operations on the elements of the corresponding fuzzy sets. An example of agent movement along the axis specified on the basis of S-fuzzy sets. To determine the stopping agent developed automatic adaptation. It is shown that changing the position of the agent in the search space not always leads to the change of uncertainty inherent in the decision, described by the agent. The novelty of the approach is to develop adaptive algorithms move the agent in a heterogeneous search space. On the basis of machine adaptation is shown the scheme of movement of the agent in fuzzy search space along the axis specified with S - fuzzy sets.

  • Programmer's professional skills for developing an expert system for managing software projects

    For a long time in software engineering, there is a problem of a rather significant percentage of software project failures. One of the most frequent causes of such failures is non-optimal allocation of human resources, that is, the allocation of developers to tasks in accordance with their skills and the specifics of the task. Software development requires continuous improvement of skills and the degree of mastery of one skill can positively influence others associated with it. Due to the considerable number of skills there is a need in the expert system that allows you to track the changing skills and implement a near-optimal allocation of human resources. The impossibility of unambiguous evaluation of skills and partial overlapping with each other lead us to the fuzzy sets theory for processing of information about employees, rather than applying classical set theory or probability theory. At the end of the article, the most significant skills of IT specialists are presented.

  • Assessment of horticultural and country lands in foreign countries.

    The article provides general information on appraisal activities in Russia and in foreign countries (Poland, Slovenia, Australia and USA). The authors conducted a systematic analysis of foreign legislation and methodological framework for assessing horticultural lands existing at the present stage identified positive features of the existing foreign techniques, showing similar traits estimates of horticultural land in Russia and abroad. The concepts of garden and dacha land plots in foreign countries, their social significance and features of the cadastral value and data of land. In conclusion, the article discusses ways to use positive foreign experience in the evaluation of the specified target application in the Russian rating system for better and more correct determination of cadastral value of land.

  • Investigation of the effect of resistive components of the measuring circuit in the accuracy of measurement of the ion current in the combustion chamber of internal combustion engines

    For basic research flame ionization process is necessary to obtain the true value of the ion current on the probe, taking into account the errors of the measuring circuits. To study the processes of ionization in the combustion cameo widespread ionic current sensors in the presence of the resistive component of the measurement circuit, such as current-limiting elements in the circuits connecting to the ignition coil high-voltage output or measuring shunt. This article describes how to account instrumental errors introduced by such measuring systems, as well as the proposed formula of the transition from the signal values ​​obtained experimentally to the true value of the ion current. The results of the calculation of the reduced value of the ion current to the experimentally obtained signal. The possibility of making instrumental error of up to 40% in amplitude at signal peaks. It is shown that the construction of I-V characteristics of the ionization probe must be considered instrumental error introduced by the resistive components of the measuring circuit.

  • Some aspects of definition of the form of large-size bodies of rotation in the transverse section

    One of the problems of machine building is the definition and measurement of the geometric shape of large-sized parts of machines and mechanisms, which are often the bodies of rotation. Similar parts are used with high intensity in the drum type connections. Therefore, diagnostics of parts is required to determine the possibility of their further use. One of the criteria for this is the shape of the surface of the part and its deviation from the normative values. In the framework of this article, a method for estimating the shape of large-sized bodies of revolution considered which makes it possible to perform measurements with high accuracy for parts of arbitrarily large dimensions

  • Development and research of the work of an alkotester on the basis of a semiconductor sensor for the concentration of alcohol vapors

  • Information technology as a means to improve the quality of teaching masters.

    The article describes a number of techniques whose use in the educational process contributes to the quality of teaching masters. The role of information technology to solve this problem.   • Model of cost estimation in the warehouse complex system

    The article lists the main sources (objects and processes) that generate costs - a total of 19 possible sources, grouped into four groups. To monitor and take measures to reduce costs, it is advisable to build a formalized model and on its basis a software system that would allow to estimate all costs. This article is devoted to the construction of this model. An article on the estimation of total costs for all possible factors leading to losses and costs in warehouse freight turnover is not available in the literature.

  • Modeling of thermal modes of action of laser radiation on a photocell with a thin-film structure ZnO-amorphous silicon on a glass substrate

    The influence of the laser material on the structure of the photocell based on thin films of zinc oxide and amorphous silicon on glass. It was modeled recrystallization processes in the solid state, considered the interaction of the surface of silicon by pulsed laser radiation, calculations are made for the surface temperature at the recrystallization of the amorphous film on Nd:YAG laser installation with length wave 532 nm. The proposed thermal model of the solution of the problem showed that the structure melt is already at the earliest stage of processing and the temperature distribution in the amorphous layer will depend on the structure of the ZnO film, as evidenced by modeling in ANSYS. According to the results of experimental studies performed, it can be said that the thermal conditions at the plant are poorly worked out, as evidenced by the roughness of the film of the amorphous layer. The mechanism of crystallization of the melt also requires refinement. The obtained results showed the prospects of the direction of silicon-on glass and ZnO

  • The choice of the strategy of maintenance and repair of communications equipment at oil and gas enterprises

    To ensure the reliable operation of communication networks of the oil and gas complex, it is necessary to properly organize the process of maintenance and repair of equipment. As technology evolved, various strategies for maintenance and repair of equipment were developed in the industry, which improve the profitability of production. At present, a risk-based strategy is increasingly used. In practice, to apply this strategy, it is necessary to make a preliminary estimate of the magnitude of the risk based on the probability of equipment failure and the severity of the consequences of failure. As information sources, statistical data on equipment and failures, forecasts of technical condition and consequences of failures, simulation results, as well as expert estimates can be used. To simplify the process of analyzing input data and reducing the subjective uncertainty of expert data, it is advisable to use a decision support system that must rely on the apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets and methods of collective expert assessments.

  • Selection of the segmentation algorithm to determine the region of interest of images of sputum analysis containing mycobacterium tuberculosis

    The basic methods of image segmentation are considered - the algorithms of Canni, Harris and FAST, algorithms for contour analysis.   • Neural network for parametric optimization in the problem of traffic management

    A problem of adaptive urban traffic flows control is considered. The traffic flow control is performed by the coordination of active phases of traffic lights. A control goal is to minimize the difference between the total input flow and total output flow for all subnetworks, while considering changing parameters of the road network. In this paper, a neural network approach for urban traffic road network parameters adjustment is presented.

  • Modeling of direct torque control system based on fuzzy logic control in Simulink

    Two different methods for direct torque control (DTC) of induction motor are analyzed. The first one is conventional DTC strategy. In this method, stator voltage vectors are selected according to the differences between the reference and estimated actual torque and stator flux linkage. Torque and flux errors are compared in hysteresis comparators. Depending on the comparators a voltage vector is selected from the inverter optimal switching table. The other DTC method, proposed in the paper, is based on fuzzy logic concept, where fast torque response with low ripple in the torque of induction motor can be achieved. In this technique, the hysteresis comparators and the switching table used in basic DTC are replaced by a fuzzy logic switcher. Torque error, flux error and stator flux angle are given as input variables to fuzzy controller and output variable obtained from the fuzzy controller is switching state of the inverter. To approximate nonlinear functions Takagi - Sugeno fuzzy algorithm is used. Simulation results show the efficiency of the fuzzy logic switcher.
