  • The optimal choice of semantic scales sociometry

    The paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of estimates of the levels of emotional perception, is satisfied in full and shortened semantic scales. The studies were performed on specific experimental data obtained in the measurement of deprivation attitudes of students Academy of architecture and construction DSTU at the end of 2016. It is found that the decrease in the number of signs in the semantic scale to the optimum leads to small changes in the assessments of emotional perception. At the individual level the changes are mostly (70%) not more than 10%,and in the whole group even less.

  • Estimation of nonlinear higher order disturbances in the adaptive algorithms for position-trajectory control

    This paper presents an adaptive algorithm for position-trajectory control with reference model and estimation of nonlinear circuit unmeasured disturbances. The introduction of a robust observer derivatives in the base controller position-trajectory control, built on the principles of self-adjusting adaptive systems with a reference model, allows to estimate unmeasured disturbance characterized by non-linearity of the second order and higher, and to adapt the parameters of the system in order to reduce or minimize the zero mismatch errors between the control object and reference model. The use of derivatives allows the observer to increase the overall stability of the control system, otherwise, the system loses its stability in short-term effect of the disturbance on the control of high-order object.

  • Simulation of vehicle movements with adaptive positional-trajectory control system and estimation loop of immeasurable model parameters

    This paper presents an overview of modern adaptive control systems for vehicle. It shows simulation results of vehicle flight with using the adaptation algorithm for position-control system, with estimation loop of additional disturbances, and with the reference mathematical model and astatism. The simulation results for two cases (for given constant coefficients of adapting and using the automatic settings adjustment coefficients) are presented.

  • Evaluation of transportation risks of non-standard cargoes on the example materials handling equipment

    The problem of reduction of costs associated with the performance of work in remote areas, which should be delivered to special funds for the execution of works, is relevant in view of the ever-increasing one-hundred-imosti special technique, bulkiness of many of its types and problem-sti move its modern road and other routes.   • Comparative analysis of the availability of forest logging companies

    The ultimate goal of the activities of the woodworking company is receiving income from the use of forest resources. To achieve a normal level of profitability is not enough of one evaluation of the taxonomic indicators the forest area. This article describes the methodology of assessing the economic availability of forest resources based on analysis of all the key factors such as: cost of logging, transport accessibility, the cost of creating the necessary infrastructure. A study of the process of logging one of the largest woodworking enterprises of the domestic timber industry for availability of forest resources. It is concluded that the different forest areas of the plant are characterized by different initial conditions. Accordingly, this guidance on tactical and strategic planning in the field of improvement of economic availability of forest resources, it is noted that the plots with higher level of affordability should be developed at an accelerated pace, and the areas with less favourable economic performance should only fill in missing volumes.

  • Intellectualization of the software of processing spatial data based on the ontology

    This article is about intellectualization of the software of processing spatial data. Solution of this problem based on using the ontology approach. Next tasks were solved to achieve the goal: to consider the analysis of the subject area, to create the ontology of considered subject area, to develop an algorithm of creating and integrating the ontology to the software of processing spatial data. This algorithm is allows to integrate spatial data from different storages. Also the structure of the ontology is considered in this article: what components are included in the ontology and how could we create it.   • Rising functional and technological efficiency of a log truck hydraulic manipulator

    One of the problems with exploitation of log trucks is damage to equipment during the process of transportation of wood material and during loading-unloading operations. The authors of the paper suggest equipping a log truck with an innovative protective butting device in order to increase reliability and work efficiency of the hydraulic manipulator. This device will allow aligning the sawn wood ends of wood products, and thus it will allow excluding a chance of protruding of sawn wood ends at an inadmissible scale which prevents forming a neighboring pack of wood products. The device will also allow excluding mechanical damages of a hydraulic manipulator by sawn wood ends of wood products being laid on a load platform. This will increase its reliability and will reduce the expenses on repair works.

  • Assessment of air quality of the urban environment on the basis of the average balance of the integral criterion of atmospheric pollution

    The article is devoted to the calculation and assessment of background pollution of the atmosphere srednebalansovogo integral criterion for the studied regions of Volgograd for the years 2010-2013. Assessing the background air pollution, and creating a map of alternative sites for new industrial construction, is determined srednebalansovy integral criterion of pollution of the atmosphere of the study area. This requires calculation of the average concentration of harmful substances in each group summation of polluting the area.   • Development of a conceptual problem-oriented metamodel of figurative representation of complex system on the basis of a geographic information system

    This paper presents use metasystem approach to creation of complex system model. An opportunity to synthesize quantitative and qualitative models of separate subsystems in the form of a metamodel of complex system is distinctive feature of metasystem approach. Such approach gives the chance to develop and correct both the purposes of functioning of system, and a way of their achievement. The model of a geographic information system (GIS) acts as a metamodel basis. The GIS model integrates, processes and traces existential and coordinate information. The model of a geographic information system is in turn described as set of model of measurement of a condition of system and model of measurement of state of environment, including sets of rules, procedures and measuring means are considered. Separately in article the question of redundancy of data for which solution it is offered to use the National Instruments PXI platform which is turning on the reconfigurable input-output module (R-series module) is considered.

  • Regression model of the performance of student's groups in higher education institution

    The article discusses approaches to solving the problem of increasing academic performance of students. On the basis of the multiplicative convolution of the underlying factors influencing the examination results, the proposed structure of the regression model. Considers the problems of multicollinearity of the factors and ""gross errors"". The developed mathematical model and method of constructing regression models of study groups. The proposed system of classification groups depending on the classes mapped to them models. Using the proposed method was processed information from the database of assessments portal OOH don state technical University. Analysis of processed data showed that the adequacy of the generated regression models were performed for 99.7% of groups. It is shown that the proposed model and method can be used in support of the educational process.

  • Simulation modeling as a tool for integrated assessment of strategic risks logistics companies

    The possibility of improving the management efficiency of the main business processes of a logistics enterprise on the basis of an integrated assessment of strategic risks is considered. The methodology is based on the idea of sharing the technology of simulation and two concepts: the Balanced Scorecard (BSС) and the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS). We propose formula for calculating operational risk based on port statistics collected while running the simulation model, namely the chosen values of the triangular distribution of the statistical data. Also presented a formula linguistic evaluation of integrated strategic risk, lead to the conclusion the risk that previously designated port strategy will not be achieved.

  • Traffic dynamic prediction algorithm using statistical data

    The article presents an approach to predicting changes in the dynamics of events, on the example of traffic analysis, using statistical data. Perfomed analisys of traffic sniffer systems as queueing system. Presented the relevance of the forecasting traffic changes. The pattern matching algorithm allows you to build a forecast, both for regular dynamics, and for unexpected bursts. The prediction algorithm allows to improve the work of traffic analysis systems for periods of high load.

  • Organizational and educational aspects of the NBICS convergence

    Investigated the organizational and educational aspects of the promotion of convergent education in Southern federal university. The results and capabilities-proven multidisciplinary approach in training of specialists of high level.The necessity of forming the structure, processes and training programs of the NBICS specialists in the form of a transdisciplinary environment is revealed. It is shown that the latter is formed as a result of the coordinated integration of the environments for the formation of goals, implementation and resource support of the transdisciplinary educational program.   • Affective components of attitudes of students in relation to the intrapersonal conflicts Part I

    The article discusses research methodology of intrapersonal conflict by using the affective component of appropriate social attitudes. We analyze three kinds of internal contradictions. Which are classified by K. Levin as the conflict of ""Desire-Commitment"", ""Avoidance-Avoidance"" and ""Commitment-Avoidance"". They are all connected with a choice of appropriate object or action (equal or different valences) of the two equally probable. The affective component of perception of such internal contradictions is determined by the technology of semantic differential on the basis of the survey conducted at the end of 2016 among students DSTU. For the interpretation of the results used the previously developed technique. The distribution functions of the emotional perception of those conflicts are described in article. Which were calculated as in the linear approximation and a nonlinear lookup psychosemantic model. It is obtained that the average affective perception of the studied conflicts neutral or close to that. But the researched audience is very heterogeneous in its emotional attitude to such conflicts. The distribution function is strongly smeared almost all over the range of levels of perception. While approximately half of the respondents are characterized by positive attitude to internal contradictions. This suggests that positive role of conflicts associated with the resolution of problems of an appropriate level subconsciously affects on estimates. A few unexpected results were obtained by a comparison of the perception of conflicts ""the Desire-the Desire"" and ""Avoidance-Avoidance"". Distribution function for the problem of the choice of two positive options is being shifted to the left, in the negative direction, compared with the function for a choice of two unattractive possibilities. The work has shown the promising use of such figure as the affective perception for researching of intrapersonal conflict. The obtained results possess as General methodical so purely situational, specific significances.

  • Energy saving regulators for systems of the automated electric drive

    In article the decision of the task of finding of energy saving algorithms of closed control for electric drives is presented. The proposed approach is based on use of mathematical conditions of minimization of energy losses (power invariants) in electric motors as criteria of control. Energetic invariants for the main types of electric motors of a direct and alternating current are provided. For synthesis of energy saving regulators the principles and methods of the synergetic control theory are used. As an example the decision of the task of synthesis of algorithms of energy saving control for the asynchronous electric drive is considered. In case of synthesis of regulators the non-linear mathematical model of the asynchronous motor was used. The algorithm of energy saving control of the asynchronous electric drive providing stabilizing of angular speed of a rotor in the preset value and minimization of losses of energy is presented. Computer modeling of the closed system which completely confirms theoretical prerequisites and allows to draw the following conclusions is carried out. Firstly, the synthesized regulator provides asymptotic stability of the closed system of the relative set steady state. Secondly, at a variation of the external moment of efficiency of the electric motor remains constant and maximum. The comparative chart efficiency of the asynchronous motor in case of the energy saving control and traditional control realized in systems the “Transvector” type is provided.

  • Analysis and clustring of basic factors affect on acadimic performance of university groups

    The article discusses approaches to the problem of increasing academic performance of the university students. Academic performance indicates the percentage of positive ratings received by students as a result of the exam sessions, excluding retakes. Analyzing factors affecting the academic performance is seen on basis of information from the assessments database of UMU portal of Don State Technical University. Highlighted basic factors (objects) that affect academic performance: study groups, teachers, subjects, exams timetable. In this paper, application of clustering methods allowed to use variance analysis of averages. Through two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) established significant impact of object classes "Teacher" and "Subject" on the percentage of positive evaluations received by students as a result of the session. Given an example of group, teachers and subjects classes, on which the examinations timetable has a significant impact on exam results
