  • A methodof ensuringthe absolute reliability of parts and machines and calculating the increase of their prices

    Set forth in article method can be used when creating machines with guaranteed safe operation in case of possible large expenses for repairs. In the method used, the transition from selective statistical distributions (strength, loading and resource) to the parameters of the General population of finite volume. Absolute dependability is ensured if the resource (design) of parts and machines will be slightly larger than the first variational value of some aggregate. Approximate calculations showed that the increase in the price of the car is about 30% at absolute reliability of all machine parts.

  • System analysis of the elemental sulfur producing by Claus process as socio-technical system

    We consider a class of complex systems, such as socio-technical systems on the example of the elemental sulfur producing by Claus process. Its operation takes place in different types of uncertainty and requires the development of specific approaches to the analysis and evaluation of many factors that affect the system operation and aren't giving in to the quantitative and qualitative description. The paper formulates the problem of multifactor risk analysis of emergency situations at hazardous production facilities using the methods of system analysis. The main groups of factors, parameters, and communication of human operator with the technical subsystem are identified. A method is proposed for assessing the level of selected factors influence on the emergency situations risk in system. Introduced the terminological basis for constructing patterns of socio-technical systems state indicators. According to the expert survey an example of the impact assessment diagram of each parameter to the "weight" of one of the indicators was made.

  • Implementation Technology of Bachelor Interdisciplinary Training in the Student Scientific and Research Work

    This paper presents the implementation technology of a bachelor interdisciplinary training as a part of the research work. Implementation experience of this technology is disclosed as an example of solving rational cutting material problem for the manufacture of large-sized products, consisting of parts, limited nominally cylindrical surfaces. A distinctive feature of this technology implementation is a special cast group: full-time and part-time students having experience in the specialized enterprises. Implementation of interdisciplinary training in the scientific research focused on solving production problems on the basis of technology, it helps to activate the student cognitive activity, the goal-setting formation to the study of some disciplines, better understanding of the studied techniques and technologies, the formation of conscious need to improve their professional competence constantly.

    This article is devoted to the social health of the Russian student youth, and the sociological analysis of threats to Russia's security in the conditions of crisis of social justice. In this article, the social health of young people implies a sense of social justice, the state of protection of vital interests of a young man from dangers and threats. The article is based on the results of original empirical research. Of particular relevance to sociological studies of this phenomenon attaches to the fact that they allow to penetrate into the inner world of youth, closed for statistical, psychological and economic methods and means to understand the perception of social justice, to understand the value of dispositions and expectations, timely notice nominee disorder and social ill-health.

  • Happy childhood as the basis for the social health of young generations: sociological indicators of measurement

    Presented by the authors in the article an analysis is made of the safe childhood and the authors, on the basis of the concept of research, offer safe to consider childhood as a social phenomenon that characterizes the process of socialization and maturation of the personality from the standpoint of the creation of all necessary conditions for the formation of its physical and social health. Under the social health of the young generation authors is understood as a state of well-being considered from the perspective of primary family socialization, parent-child relations, the system of socialization of family values and preferences, ethical and moral norms of family society, a reflection of the attitude of parents to their children. The main conclusion by the authors, is that childhood in modern Russia is gradually losing safe features that, in turn, defines a deep interest in the issue of childhood in Russia and the need for timely diagnosis and sociological well-being/ill-being of childhood as an indicator of future social, spiritual and physical condition of Russian youth.

  • Cost-effectiveness analysis of new technologies in the production of ship piping systems.

    The development of modern shipbuilding industry due to the increasing volume of work and the increased requirements for production technology and installation of marine pipelines. Currently, a number of design and engineering of the industry is developing assembly drawings with coordinates pipeline routes, albums cards with sketches of pipes on which manufacture pipes without trimming work on the ship can be carried out, starting with the lead ship. In addition, for the design of pipelines and delivery of information to run pipes in the processing of widely used computer technology. Developed and implemented advanced types of equipment including pipe bending machines with position controlled to ensure the mechanization of the main and auxiliary pipe manufacturing and processing operations. Calculating costs and full costs, we can clearly see the benefits of the use of the CNC machine. It provides the most efficient operation of shipbuilding and ship-repair enterprise.

  • A learning efficiency assessment in case of complex open ended assignments using expert methods

    It is necessary to get a complex integral assessment in object control in different domains. The complex integral assessment is an indicator of problem presence or problem absence in work of control object. It is necessary to get the integral assessment in training control too when there are complex open ended assignments in a training course. In the paper a learning efficiency assessment technique in case of complex open ended assignments is described. It is based on integral indicator assessment using expert methods. The technique was used in the education process in Ufa state aviation technical university during the performance of term papers on the subject «High-level programming». The technique allowed to assess the training course and identified the need for its updating to improve learning efficiency.

  • A traning model correction based on deviation analysis results of learning process using cognitive and production model

    Learning efficiency becomes very low when there are complex open ended assignments in a training course. This is connected with not comprehensive complex open ended assignment statistics and difficulties during the problem analysis. In the paper a complex open ended assignments-specific technique is suggested. The technique allows an instructor to analyze problems of training course and their sources conveniently and in detail and correct training model using learning results. The technique and a tool based on it were used in the education process in Ufa state aviation technical university during the performance of term papers on the subject “Design of automated system of data processing and control”. The learning efficiency increased by 14% as a result of using the technique.

  • Problems of readiness of contemporary Russian youth for family formation: ideal and real behavior models

    Readiness of contemporary youth for formation of stable marriage-family relations is a necessary factor forming stable functioning of a society and also a determining factor of social and national security, which is very essential nowadays in the conditions of non-stability, various challenges and risks. Compatibility/non-compatibility of ideal behavior models of the contemporary youth with the real models in the chosen aspect represents itself as an important criterion of determination of readiness/not readiness of youth for family formation. Today there have been distinguished the factors influencing the formation of an ideal partner of other gender, these are family (parents, relatives), referent groups, first experience of communication with other gender, mass media, etc.

  • Adaptive bionic algorithm for solving the problem of data flow minimum cost

    Presents an adaptive algorithm for solving the data flow of minimum cost in a static and a dynamic formulation. In the dynamic formulation of the problem change the matrix describing the network. An important component of the algorithm is to use the ideas of co-evolution, the choice of models of evolution (micro-, macro-, meta-evolution), adaptation to the external environment, hierarchical management of genetic and evolutionary search, local search solutions and the use of all modified by genetic operators based on greedy strategies and search methods. Given the example of the recommended data flow based on a known formula the definition of fuzzy proximity µx(b) variable b to the specified value. The adjustment of the process data under the recommended settings implemented with the help of machines adaptation. A distinctive feature of the algorithm is the use of machines adapted for determining the need for and the method of modifying intermediate solutions, as well as for a decision about modifying the previously obtained solutions.

  • Convergent education: the social aspect

    The formation of convergent education is aimed at the realization of the NBICS – technologies. The article is devoted to the most important aspect of this convergence - social. The necessity of revising the approach to education is revealed. The authers note that there is a necessity to increase trends of interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity in social studies of technology. The prospects for the promotion of convergent education in Southern Federal University are revealed. Various embodiments and steps to promote convergent education are described. The authers show some examples of methodological organization of the educational process in the framework of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches.

    The urgent problems of the various companies that provide Internet services during the economic crisis in Russia. Marked types of companies, their features, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of freelancing. The analysis of the market and identified the main causes of data gaps and challenges, as well as provides solutions. In addition, we studied the methods and means of maintaining and expanding the volume of sales of Internet services in Russia, calculated the quantitative data and the allocation of the major market trends.   • Path planning for autonomous mini-ship

    The paper deals with the trajectory planning of the mini-ship in an environment with obstacles. The structure of the control system hardware, software architecture built on basis of ROS software environment are presented. Global planner is designed using Voronoi diagrams method. Local planner (regulator) proposed to be implemented using the unstable regimes of control to bypass obstacles near the mini-ship. The results of simulation showed the efficiency of the proposed approaches.

    Abstract: The article describes the theoretical and practical bases of formation of a regional system of monitoring technospheric security. Author's concept of a systematic approach to the solution of important scientific and technical problems. In particular, based on the literature review and the results of their own research found that for the purposes of implementing and monitoring the status of long-term forecasting of health and safety it is logical to apply the structure of the monitoring function of the feedback and the integrated forecasting, constructed using the principle of synergy of the elements.

  • Automated control of the formation of the professional skills of the operator robotic system using fuzzy logic

    The article considers the models of automated control of the formation of sensorimotor skills of the student (ie, the future operator of the process) by performing exercises with the use of computer training complex. The control circuit corresponding to the model described in detail dismantled. The process of obtaining the integral index of quality of exercise on a computer simulator considered. Developed management model is the basis for the implementation of the relevant software simulators that can be used for operator training processes performed using robotic systems as well as for training of operators of complex industrial and other processes.

  • Differential properties of the S-boxes of GOST 28147-89 algorithm

    The paper presents the basic differential characteristics identified for the S-boxes of GOST 28147-89 algorithm, included in the data encryption standard GOST 34.12-2015, which comes into force from January 1, 2016. The detected properties can be used for analysis with such methods as differential cryptanalysis and impossible differential cryptanalysis.

  • System of automatization design the service platforms on column apparatuses in the oil industry

    The article presents the system of automatization design the service platforms on column apparatuses using posibilities Autodesk Inventor software and control program in Excel. This article describes the standard steps of the design process and automation. Presented parametric model sites which were used for their design and calculation. Made preparations for the calculation and calculation of a parametric model platform. As a result of the calculation was formed electronic database and the album of typal platforms. It was also proposed the concept of the new program.

  • A possible approach to the representation of the domain structure in automatic abstracting

    The problem of representation of the structure of the domain, which could be used in automatic summarization is described in this paper. As a solution to this problem, the authors propose to use a denotat-based text analysis technique , developed by A.I. Novikov and his school (Institute of Linguistics). This technique was the basis of the proposed infological model that makes it possible to view the structure of a particular subject area, and ultimately the creation of a system of automatic summarization.

    The question of increase of efficiency of functioning of electrotechnical complexes of the agricultural enterprises due to use of power stations on the basis of solid oxide fuel elements is considered. The system of generation turns on the modular electrochemical generator on solid oxide fuel elements. The system of accumulation consists of the capacitor store and batteries. It is developed system of interface makes the converter of distribution of currents with three raising DC/DC converters and algorithm of a control system for effective functioning at integration into the centralized power supply network.

  • Experimental Study of Denotative Model of Understanding in Applications of Automated Abstracting Systems

    The article deals with an experimental study of computer representation of the structure of the domain, which can be used in the automatic summarization. As a theoretical basis for the study psycholinguistic theory of AI Novikov was selected. The denotative text analysis technique which allows to explicate text's meaning in a graph structure was tested. The use of this technique allowed the authors to create a computational model for the automatic construction of graphs that reflect the contents of the natural text.
