  • The method of distribution of the load factor of the synchronous generator within the segment grid

    In the article the question of the distribution of the load factor of a synchronous generator, which determines the percentage of the PTO on the particular consumer generator. When transporting the electricity consumers on several lines from different energy sources, there is a problem of rational distribution of power level that the consumer will take from each of the sources. This paper proposes a method of allocation, which aims to minimize power losses in power lines. Disabled distribution law SG load factor, which takes into account line losses and possible limitations on the level of generated power generators.

  • The Basic Algorithm of Adaptive Management of the Synchronous Generator with a Reference Model

    The article discusses the the problem of controlling a synchronous generator, namely, maintaining the stability of the control object in the conditions of occurrence of noise and disturbances in the regulatory process. The model of a synchronous generator is represented by a system of differential equations of Park-Gorev, where state variables are computed relative to synchronously rotating d, q-axis. Management of synchronous generator is proposed to organize on the basis of the position-path control using algorithms to adapt with the reference model. Basic control law directed on the stabilizing indicators the frequency generated by the current and the required power level, which is achieved by controlling the mechanical torque on the shaft of the turbine and the value of the excitation voltage of the synchronous generator. Modification of the classic adaptation algorithm using the reference model, allowing to minimize the error of the reference regulation and the model under investigation within the prescribed limits, produced by means of the introduction of additional variables controller adaptation in the model. Сarried out the mathematical modeling of control provided influence on the studied model of continuous nonlinear and unmeasured the disturbance. Simulation results confirm the high level accuracy of tracking and adaptation investigated model with respect to the reference, and the present value of the loop error depends on parameters performance of regulator.

  • Intelligent technique for faults prediction on hump yards

    Nowadays the wide integration of automation resources is occurred in many domains of industry. One of the key aspects of this process is control automation for breaking up process on railways. Due to the fact that main element of railway yard is hump the Intellectualization of decision making processes becomes the key task in area of fault prediction during breaking up. The experience of fault effects elimination shows this task decision allows to reduce the financial and time costs for breaking up process. This paper proposes new algorithm for creation of theoretical base of the system for fault prediction. This algorithm is realized by hybrid methods, which combine different temporal models characterizing technological process of sorting of following cuts. Presented experimental arguments show integration of proposed methods is efficient in domain of railway nreaking up process

  • Power supply parameters identification

    Method of identifying the parameters of industrial electric power supply network by multiple linear regression is offered. It allows to determine power supply external characteristic on the basis of the values of voltage and current in the load node. This approach allows to form a control signal to the device dynamic compensation voltage distortion in real time.

  • The potential and the efficiency of mass media as the instrument of the management of public opinion

    The results of theoretical analysis of literary data about the media-centrism and the socio-centrism as approaches to consideration of opportunities of mass media as the instrument of public opinion management are presented in the first part of this article . The substantiality of the media centrists approach is explained. The insufficiently proved aspects of the socio-centrism are revealed. Conclusions of the theoretical analysis are given as argument of relevance of empirical research. Studying of efficiency of the Russian mass media as a factor of public opinion formation became the purpose of empirical research. Its results are considered in the second part of this publication. The collecting of the source data was carried out by the method of sociological poll. The respondents were interrogated about the rather preferred mass media, news telecasts, and also their representations about the more discussable events. The comparative analysis revealed the considerable similarity between positions of public opinion and character of the information patterns broadcast by the preferred TV channels.

  • On calculating the minimal dictionary size for speech recognition systems used in call centers

    The necessity for speech recognition use in call center works is briefly descrived. The currect situation of Russion-speaking systems is presented. The automatic speech recognition system with the possibility of speech dictionary size modification is announced. Effects on speech dictionary size are discovered. The value of the required speech dictionary size of the Russian language for a particular domain is confirmed.

  • Development And Research of Path Planning Subsystem for Underwater Vehicle Control System

    This paper provides solution for the task of plane movement of the underwater vehicle using hierarchical control system. Searching A*-algorithm is used for creation of the path plan. Vehicle moves along the stated path under control of position-path regulator on the base of square form. Vehicle, used in this paper features torpedo-like form, two cruise engines and maneuvering device.

  • Methods of processing and analysis of ion current signal

    The article presents the results of an analytical review of the major conventional approaches to processing and analysis of the ion current signal of contemporary domestic and foreign authors. Analysis of works made in terms of assessing the possibility of calculating the parameters of the combustion of the fuel-air mixture. It is shown that strong susceptibility of ion current to influence of intercyclic variations limits application of methods in practice, despite considerable theoretical opportunities of such methods.

  • Social-psychological training as a method of optimization of social-psychological climate in group of staff of special divisions of power structures

    The article discusses the influence of socio-psychological climate office staff on success of professional activity of employees, their readiness to actions in extreme situations, on the stability of the personnel division. Based on the analysis of literature, we have highlighted aspects of studying socio-psychological climate, which allowed to develop a programme of training, aimed at optimizing the psychological atmosphere in the team. Analyzes the social-psychological climate of the team before and after training sessions. The results of the study allow us to consider socio-psychological training as a method of optimization of social-psychological climate in the team.

  • The technique and framework of language models construction for real-time Internet monitoring

    The highest dynamics of the processes of online extremism bring more importance to the development of methodology and software tools capable to produce real-time tracking of the dissemination of information, including social networks, to analyze posts meaning and promise and to build predictive models. The article presents the technique of designing a smart linguistic models that are able to take into account the context and allows flexible adaptation to the subject area for natural language processing in the social networks within the field of real-time warning cyber-threats based on Data Mining. We describe the basic disadvantages of using a simple feature engineering and the bag of words method for the purposes of text classification. We show programming interface and features of the generalized framework in which our technique is applied, and also show how this framework can be used to meet the challenges of business and government during the process of collection and analysis of publications on the Internet.

  • The development of gestosis risk assessment expert decision support system

    The expert system for practical use by doctors in hospitals is designed The systems is solve the problem of classification opinions on the gestosis development and degree during pregnancy risk. Multi-factor knowledge base derived based on the results of studies analyzed in the work, and includes a set of genomic and post-genomic signs of pregnancy complications. The main users of the system (doctors, researchers and patients) and their requirements for software implementation of the developed expert system. Structure of expert decision support system in the evaluation of the risk of preeclampsia, comprising components (characterizing developed information systems belonging to the class of expert systems), the functions and subjects were created. The types, feature space feature descriptions and attributes the knowledge base of these patients. The generalized algorithm of the system and the possibility of its further development were given.

  • Socio-political attitudes of student youth of Grozny at the beginning of 2015

    The results of a direct survey, conducted among students GGTU in early 2015. Were interviewed 107 people. The sample was typical in terms of social indicators for the University. Students showed a high level of their social and economic security. Average group values of these parameters of 3.09 and 2.85 , respectively. And evaluation of their life prospects even higher, of 3.69 (here and below all results are given on a scale from 0 to 5).Indicators of involvement in political life is a little lower. The average levels of engagement and participation in policy 2.05 and 2, 35, comments - 2,31. In this case, the respondents show on average strong positive political mood. Levels of agreement with the decisions of authorities and the recognition of their fair policies and the 3.23 or 3.28. Assess the situation in the Republic and in Russia as a whole and 3,04 3,24. The obtained regularities are confirmed not only on group but also on individual levels. Show that the distribution function of indicators of the respondents also cited in the work.

  • Conflict character models of driving in Russian society: the influence of gender stereotypes

    Studies of social stereotypes and stereotyping mechanisms as part of the process of social cognition occupy priority places in the research of images of interacting partners. The problems of accentuation stereotypes in real behavior and activity of individuals in the field of road traffic (drivers, pedestrians, representatives of DPS) today only acquire some shape, but has not yet been properly addressed to. Traditional studies of gender stereotypes, unfortunately, are not able to uncover the underlying mechanisms of perception, which "create and run" the process of stereotyping due to specific reasons, objectively contained in the activity of subjects of interactions on the road. Attempts to detect and describe these mechanisms require research of real interactions of the subjects and objects of stereotypes, namely those and their specific characteristics that contribute to the emergence and actualization of gender stereotypes. The importance of this article is determined not only by the prospects of the development of theories of stereotypes as forms of everyday consciousness, but also the possibility of using some of the ideas for positive change of life of road users, accompanied by a high level of conflict, risk, interaction and challenges related to different factors of social reality. Gender stereotyping of subjects of road interactions are important factor clearly uncommitted to objective rules and norms of the culture of behavior on the road.

  • The algorithms of strategies’ synthesis in three-criterial problem of single-processor servicing in stationary objects grouping

    The maintenance model of group of stationary objects in a one-dimensional working area by moving processor is considered. The processor performs one-step service cycle without interruptions, which begins and ends at the base point. For every object assumed to be given its location, the required length of service, an early start of service and function of the individual fines. We study the problem of multiple criteria, where total traveled processor length, time of return of the processor in the base point after the service of all objects of a given group and the total fine value of all objects act as minimized criteria. The solution is performed using formulas based on the principle of dynamic programming, and also based on the ideology of evolutionary genetic algorithms. When using dynamic programming we study questions of construction of complete sets of effective assessments. The problems of comparing two sets of estimates, the computational complexity, an example and results of the experiments are considered.

  • Model parametric hierarchical quality assessment of technical system

    In complex technical systems, such as, for example, gas supply companies engaged in the use, processing and transportation of gas, improving the quality of functioning is largely due to the fact how effectively be able to use resources management when abnormal and emergency situations. Implement management quick and timely action controller and related services to a large extent depend on the quality of information available on the state of the system, keeping in mind those of its features that can adequately classify and identify the situation adequately assess the state of the system and choose the most optimal conditions prevailing in framework for action. The modern development of information technologies and means of automation and computerization can solve the problems associated with providing efficient and trouble-free operation of a complex technical system, timely response to dangerous situations, control of the consumption of resources, taking into account a comprehensive plan parametric, functional, topological and other characteristics controlled system and its objects in the interaction and relationships, creating static and dynamic images of the object, allowing combined with modeling processes to implement current and forecast assessment of the state of the system with sufficient accuracy and reliability. The paper presents a model of quality assessment of complex technical systems. Evaluation of the status of objects and the system as a whole by means of intermediate scales numerical evaluation as qualitative estimates are associated with their quantitative equivalents, allowing the algorithm to construct a formal transfer. State system objects viewed through the prism of determining compliance parameters of the object of one of the areas of the state, taking into account the possible modes of operation of the system. This data is the variable quality of the order given on the set of equivalence relations items, which leads to the qualitative nature of the assessment.

  • Intelligent motion control of autonomous vehicles based on behavioral approach

    The purpose and objectives of this work is to develop methods for planning the trajectory of moving objects. Achieving the goals and objectives achieved by the development of the motion planner mobile autonomous robot based on fuzzy logic .   • Analysis of application aspects of regulators in quadrotor automatic control

    The purpose and objectives of this work is to develop methods for the design of hybrid systems manage badly formalized technical objects related to unmanned aerial vehicles such as helicopters, namely quadrocopters. The result of the article is to provide analytical information on the existing structures of hybrid controllers, the understanding of the characteristics of their design, practical use. The results differ from the more unique orientation with respect to the management of quadrocopters based on a hybrid approach.

  • Analysis of method of discovering synsets representing identical concepts

    The paper analyses a method of detecting synsets representing the same concepts. The analyzed method is based on the assumption that two synonyms define a certain meaning (or concept/sense). According to this, if a couple of synsets has at least two common words, these synsets represent identical concepts. It is clear that a concept should not appear in a thesaurus twice. Hence, this method can be used to clean the synsets of lexical resources. However, this criterion of synsets similarity has not yet been studied. The paper describes an experiment in which the data from open Russian thesaurus YARN was used and a survey among Russian native-speakers was conducted. The result of the experiment showed that the precision of the criterion of synsets similarity is 73%.

  • Task analysis identification of the distribution law of random processes

    In the article the general analysis identification of the problem for the law of the probability distribution of the observed random process (structural-parametric identification and comparative analysis of modern methods of identification of probability distributions showed, that at the present time to solve this problem is widespread method of normalized range (R/S analysis). Use this method when selecting a parametric model of the probability distribution best fits the experimental results, and minimal assumptions about the process under study and sufficient stability analysis of time series describing the investigated process. Information analysis method normalized range allowed us to propose a modified method for identification of the distribution law of random processes based on the normalized range (R/S analysis), for which the expressions for the elasticity and conditionality.

  • The formation of the fractal model magnetoplasma electrodynamic accelerator

    The article considers the problem of constructing a fractal model magnetoplasma electrodynamic accelerator. Modeling such a complex system is defined as the process of computing a generalized solution of the Fokker–Planck–Kolmogorov equation, describing real physical processes in hereditary (hereditarity) systems. The obtained Markov model, which determines the navigation system on multifractal sets of States along the trajectory of dispersal in a magnetoplasma electrodynamic accelerator, according to the research, is determined by the fractal dimension and the mathematical apparatus of generalized fractional derivatives of Riemann-Liouville. We have investigated the solutions of this equation, obtained after synthesis for fractional derivatives of Riemann–Liouville. The transition to fractional order derivative in time allows to take into account the temporal and spatial effects of system memory, processes in which processes are classified as "residual" memory, part of which is preserved, and the other part corresponds to irreversible losses.

  • System collects construction parameters of intelligent building based on fiber optic sensors

    In this paper, discuss principal technical problems of smart home and building. Following factors impact and effect on the physical properties: mechanical, chemical, biological, air, acoustic vibration..., which affect quality of life and especially house condition. We derive requirements of each type of sensor systems that used in the control and smart home management. Were formed classification of sensors on subsystems, which should be placed in the responsibility area of smart home management system, in order to provide a comprehensive and com-plete data collection about state of smart home. The authors emphasize advantages and possible replacement of fiber optic sensors to measure some main parameters, which are required for monitoring and control smart home. In addition, they focus on fiber optic strain gauges to monitor the status of the house foundations. Introduced an optical fiber sensor structure. Analyze structure, technical parameters and even the operating principles of each sensor component. The sensor is contained some main elements: LED, force transmission plate, sensor (fiber optic cable), metal enclosure, panel, fiber optic cable. This article suggests some options for using fiber optic sensors to monitor the foundations building condition.
