The article is devoted to the influence of the main modern educational approaches and trends in the development of high-tech technologies onto the processes of formation of scientific and educational spaces. The schemes of scientific and educational complexes, the features of their compositional characteristics and functional content were considered. There were identified most acceptable schemes of architectural and town-planning formation of typical objects from the point of view of increasing the efficiency of the educational process.

The subject of the study is the search for relevant solutions for the adaptation of cultural heritage sites. The object of the study is the bell towers of St. Petersburg. The purpose of the study is to systematize the bell towers of St. Petersburg by types and develop a proposal for their adaptation using the example of one of the identified types. The bell towers of cultural heritage objects, as a rule, are urban planning dominants, as well as valuable historical monuments. In this paper, the uniqueness of the bell towers is considered and a variant of their modern use is proposed in order to popularize objects, as well as to form the tourist attractiveness of St. Petersburg. For these purposes, the authors of the article consider it expedient to use the sites of belfries for observation platforms, revealing an overview of the views of the city. The practical value of the study is aimed at involving this type of cultural heritage object in the modern realities of the existence of the city and the church.

An example of a technical examination of a cultural heritage object of federal significance is given in order to identify the fact of violation of the Federal legislation during its restoration. Recommendations are given on the preparation of a technical conclusion of this examination. Church occupied an important place in life of the manor owners. It became a place of christening, wedding and repose. Having lost their historical significance, manors and churches have become a ""monument of history and culture"" and are often in disrepair. The article examines the main characteristics of the churches of the ""estates of the highest nobility"" of the St. Petersburg province, the essence of their identity. The recommendations for the preservation of churches in the estates ""Maryino"", ""Ropsha"", ""Pyataya Gora"", based on the analysis of spatial, urban planning and value characteristics, are described.The purpose of the work is to offer reasonable recommendations for the preservation of the most valuable manor churches of the St. Petersburg province. The tasks of the research were: 1. Consideration of the main characteristics of manor churches. 2. Identification of the three most valuable churches for specific estates and for the Leningrad region as a whole. 3. Giving recommendations for the preservation of chosen churches based on the analysis of individual characteristics. The researched material allows us to conclude that the importance of churches in estates is great. Today it is important to preserve the small proportion of manor churches, which remained as evidence of the lost culture. At the same time, do it comprehensively, in conjunction with the park structure and other manor buildings. The preservation of the estate heritage is justified from the point of view of preserving national identity and creating developed cultural spaces. The proposed recommendations for the preservation of the ruined churches in the estates ""Maryino"", ""Ropsha"" and ""Pyataya Gora"" will form the basis of a comprehensive project proposal during the master's thesis and will attract attention to the estate heritage from the society, security agencies and investors.

Co-branding contributes to the creation of more successful products. Purposeful formation of the image of an architectural object, that is, its brand, consists of three parts. Its creation involves the brand of the organization or organizations located in the building, the brand of the author or authors of the project, and the brand of the place. These three components can manifest themselves in different ways in an architectural object. Studying the issues of joint branding of architectural objects and understanding this process is important not only for architects and developers, but also for other professionals. The realization of the possibilities hidden in this area contributes to the creation of a holistic image of an architectural object.

The algorithm of the project development for the preservation of the cultural heritage object is considered. Recommendations are given for carrying out work on the preservation of the ruined temple for the possibility of its further restoration. A real example of a survey of an object of regional significance "Church of Archangel Michael" (Belgorod region, Valuysky district, village of Podgornoye) is given.
